Homes built with craft, and a builder who shows up.

One of the reasons we decided to work with Noam is because he is hands-on, responsive and on site with us. We turned a bathroom built in the 1940s into a modern one that looked exactly as I imagined.

As an interior designer, NB Construction strikes the perfect balance of a knowledgeable builder with a keen design eye. Pricing is very fair for the level of finishes they provide.

NB Construction completed our condo remodel on time and on budget. Noam takes pride in his projects and followed through to make everything right after an unexpected building issue.

I recommend NB Construction to every friend and neighbor looking for a general contractor. We were most impressed with their integrity.

I couldn’t be more thrilled with NB Construction! They went above and beyond my expectations. Flawless work, the nicest staff, and everything was handled in a very professional manner. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

The workmanship and the quality of Noam and his team was at the highest level, to the smallest detail. The team always came on time and left the job site clean at the end of each and every day.

The quality of the work is so great. Most important for us was the timing of completing the renovation, and they did exactly as promised to do it on time in our timeframe. We love our new bathroom!

From beginning to end, 24 Construction was completely honest and itemized everything out so well that there was nothing left to question. It helped to see where our money was going. Our home turned out “absolutely beautiful,” as my wife repeats over and over.

This project was not huge but Noam still made it a priority and he was always available to answer any of my questions. The tile work is impressive and I am so pleased with the quality and craftsmanship.

Noam was in charge from beginning to end, and did a very professional job. The job turned out to be more complicated than expected, but Noam’s expertise in problem solving kept our stress level to a minimum.

Extremely professional, very neat and clean, completed the job beautifully and on time. They completely gutted and redid 2 bathrooms for us and we plan on having them do another 3 in our house.

He and his team were true professionals. It’s rare to find a reliable and professional contractor these days. Noam is also attentive to the needs of his client and comes up with creative ideas. I highly recommend this company.

I have worked with Noam on numerous remodeling projects and his work and work ethic is exemplary. He is capable of everything from small condo remodels to full-home renovations.

Noam is one of those rare contractors that cares about the job. He and his crew were professional, accommodating to changes and additions, and very skilled in their workmanship. I consider him my first choice when I need a contractor.

I cannot say enough good things about 24 Construction and Design. Communication through the project was fantastic, always flexible and available when you needed to see them. I have ended up with a wonderful house at a great price for the quality of work.

Noam is very professional, always on time and followed through with updates. We had internal issues on our projects and he informed and educated me, including pictures. Very happy with the end result and the costs were very fair.
