We Noam and his incredible team to completely redo our guest bathroom and built a laundry closet. This entailed moving an existing closet from one room to another and creating a custom arched door for the guest room. The bathroom was completely gutted, designed and built with our vision. The attention to detail and design  was just what we wanted and they far exceeded my expectations. We remained in the house during the renovations and they were careful to create a space that we could continue to live in and enjoy while they were working. Our guest bathroom is now everyone's favorite room in the house and our laundry closet is also so beautiful that doing laundry is fun and functional. Our project included a master bath, a guest bath, a walk-in closet and two smaller closets. My wife and I interviewed 4 contractors and  it came down to NB Construction and another firm. Jason won us over with his significant added-value in the design aspect. The other contractor was competent and both bids were similar cost-wise except it was Jason who showed us a way to reconfigure the master bath in such as way as to maximize both the aesthetic and the functionality of the bathroom. The result was an amazing marble master bath and we are thankful we went with NB Construction.

In fact all through the project Noam added suggestions about how to make the final product both beautiful and classy, all while staying within the budget. The actual construction phase went very smoothly primarily due to their first rate tradesmen and workers. From  the marble tile work to the difficult plumbing re-configuring we thought their workers were absolutely wonderful! Quality people who respected our home and tolerated my daily presence with great attitudes. Everybody showed up on time and worked hard all day. It gave us strong confidence in their problem-solving abilities when problems arose (as they always do in such projects).

Communication and call backs were very reliable; both they were professional and calming during the whole process. The budget was respected and the project finished about two weeks later than we'd have liked but to be honest the delay was unavoidable.

I cannot recommend Noam enough, I don't think I could have done my remodel without him.  My husband and I bought a house built in 1927 that had gone through a pretty hideous remodel in the 90s.  We knew we needed to remodel the house when we bought it so I was prepared to go through the painful process. I found Noam through Houzz because I really appreciated their aesthetic. I called them right when we bought the house for smaller projects and instead we decided to wait a year and do everything at once.  We decided to remodel the kitchen, both bathrooms, add hardwood floor to the kitchen and dining room, paint everything and add 2 closets.  I was amazed at the lack of change orders, they honored everything written in our proposal even when they realized they needed more framing work than expected.  After the proposal, we worked mostly with Noam and I was constantly impressed with how he actually answered my calls and always provided solutions to our many house issues.  We remodeled a condo a few years back which was so frustrating because I could never get a hold of our contractor.  Noam was at our job site multiple times a week, every week.  We had very different ideas in regards to design but I knew what I wanted and in the end we both loved the finished project.  I must say I was pretty high maintenance and somehow Noam was always patient and kind.  After complaining quite a bit (I must say), he sent in a cleaning crew so that we could feel more human and comfortable in our own house.  He told me the project would take 3-4 months and it took 4 months and a week, only delayed because we wanted to raise the floor on the first level.  The work is top notch and we absolutely love our updated house.

I refer every person I know looking for a contractor to Noam because even though a remodel is incredibly stressful, Noam did not add to the stress.  if there was a problem, he fixed it.  All of his guys that I talked to loved working with him and his no bs attitude.  I have already told him he will be doing our future house!

We underwent a whole home remodel and chose NB Construction as our contractor. I don't think that any remodel is ever a stress free experience, however in the end NB Construction did their best to meet our needs.

Noam, was our point person. We had a few times when communication among everyone became difficult due conflicting schedules, contracts, and observed holidays - but the issues were always resolved.

NB Construction's subcontracts with highly qualified and skilled workers so you get quality work that you don't even have to shop around for.

Above all, from one home owner to another.... communication is key! Make the effort to clearly communicate your wishes and ideas to your contractor and don't assume anything.

Plan to go over budget or include unforeseen costs in your overall budget.

Make sure that you can be physically present for walk throughs and pay attention to detail.

One thing that I have nothing but praise is for the follow up care that Noam and his team provided. We had some tile that needed repairing - done. Our AC went out during the last heat wave - his guy was here the next morning before his first scheduled job and got it fixed.

You know that some people might get paid for their yelp reviews. NOT ME. I had a flood about 2 years ago.I had insurance but knew and KNOW nothing about construction repairs,plumbing ,electrical,dry wall and so forth. I was told by a business associate about Noam and his crew. From the first time I met Noam, I had 100 Percent trust in him.  Even though I know nothing about construction, he knows just about everything, I will use an analogy.  If you hire Noam it's like getting a football coach. When I called, I had a tall order:  We had just moved out of our house for two months to fix some water damage and while we were out, we decided to update the kitchen.  So I needed them to remodel the kitchen in 6 short weeks and on a tight budget.  Oh, and I wanted them to help with the design too.  They said "no problem," which is what all contractors say, but by god, they actually meant it!  They helped me choose some of the design elements and some (like crown molding and counter top edging) I just trusted them to choose all on their own.  They never disappointed.  All the choices were spot on and thoughtfully chosen to fit in with the existing kitchen elements and the house.  They were a pleasure to work with, were always true to their word,  and even when we threw other curve balls at them, ie. a powder room update and replacing the entire main line), they handled it all without a hiccup.  The best part was their strict adherence to the agreed upon budget: they always made sure we were sticking to the budget and I felt he truly wanted to give us the most bang for our buck.  Their number one priority was giving us the most beautiful, functional kitchen he could and he absolutely accomplished that.  Could not be happier and could not recommend NB Construction more highly.
