MAJOR RENOVATION
For this stately, vintage Tudor home in the highly desirable LA neighborhood of Hancock Park, NB Construction delivered a top-to-bottom remodel rooted in traditional style and impeccable craftsmanship. A classic English country kitchen was built from scratch, with bright white beadboard custom cabinets, marble counters, vintage-style etched glass pendant lights, and cozy new crown molding, windows, French doors, and wood trim.
Throughout the home, original hardwood flooring was refinished while new flooring was cut and stained to be a perfect match. Extensive custom woodwork — including a meticulously handcrafted fireplace with raised panel trim and wreath rosettes — along with a sophisticated pastel color palette, created a warm and elegant formal living room. The traditional materials were carried outdoors, where fieldstone steps carry visitors down to the waterfall hot tub and pool, both faced with fieldstone.
