BATHROOM RENOVATION
Tucked up under the roof of a historic 1918 home, NB Construction built this bright and comfy bathroom as part of 500 square feet of new living space they carved out of an unused attic. The cozy space is loaded with luxury features made from classic materials that honor the home’s traditional cottage style.
A generously sized custom-built vanity is appropriate for the home’s era, as is its white marble top. Bathroom classics hex tile and subway tile both appear in updated forms — the hex tile in mottled grey and the subway tile oversized with beveled edges. 24’s signature craftsmanship and attention to detail can be seen in the backsplash with coved tile trim, the marble shower ledge, and the custom-made single panel door with vintage style glass knob.
