BATHROOM RENOVATION
Designed by 24 Design & Construction to achieve ultimate functionality and elegance, this total bathroom remodel included creating separate spaces for bathing, sink and toilet. A smartly placed bathing alcove is out of the path of the sink and toilet areas, and features a stunning pedestal farm tub opposite a shower with a bench and its own sliding window. White subway tile with a wheat color tile trim border surrounds the bathing area, with both materials appearing again in the vanity backsplash.
In keeping with the traditional style of the rest of the home, the vanity is an espresso-stained custom cabinet which is open along the bottom. A handcrafted matching wall mirror hangs above a Caesarstone countertop and a pair of undermount sinks accented by traditional style faucets with cross-handles. The enclosed toilet was made possible with a custom pocket door that creates privacy without sacrificing floor space with a swinging door. The entire room was capped off with crown molding and custom wood trim around all the doors and windows.
