I cannot recommend Noam enough, I don’t think I could have done my remodel without him. My husband and I bought a house built in 1927 that had gone through a pretty hideous remodel in the 90s. We knew we needed to remodel the house when we bought it so I was prepared to go through the painful process. I found Noam through Houzz because I really appreciated their aesthetic. I called them right when we bought the house for smaller projects and instead we decided to wait a year and do everything at once. We decided to remodel the kitchen, both bathrooms, add hardwood floor to the kitchen and dining room, paint everything and add 2 closets. I was amazed at the lack of change orders, they honored everything written in our proposal even when they realized they needed more framing work than expected. After the proposal, we worked mostly with Noam and I was constantly impressed with how he actually answered my calls and always provided solutions to our many house issues. We remodeled a condo a few years back which was so frustrating because I could never get a hold of our contractor. Noam was at our job site multiple times a week, every week. We had very different ideas in regards to design but I knew what I wanted and in the end we both loved the finished project. I must say I was pretty high maintenance and somehow Noam was always patient and kind. After complaining quite a bit (I must say), he sent in a cleaning crew so that we could feel more human and comfortable in our own house. He told me the project would take 3-4 months and it took 4 months and a week, only delayed because we wanted to raise the floor on the first level. The work is top notch and we absolutely love our updated house.
I refer every person I know looking for a contractor to Noam because even though a remodel is incredibly stressful, Noam did not add to the stress. if there was a problem, he fixed it. All of his guys that I talked to loved working with him and his no bs attitude. I have already told him he will be doing our future house!
